Whether it’s mobile phones, computers or smart wearable devices, they contain thousands of tiny internal components. Their fixation and sealing largely rely on precision dispensing. Any defects in this process, such as inconsistent glue volume or positional deviation, will directly impair product reliability and service life.
In the past, international brands dominated the domestic high-end dispensing equipment market, resulting in high procurement costs and slow after-sales service response. Against this backdrop, Shenzhen Highwah Intelligent Technology Ltd. set out eight years ago to focus on one core goal: developing cost-effective dispensing equipment that meets the practical demands of domestic manufacturers in terms of precision, speed and total cost.
After years of R&D efforts, we have launched our proprietary dispensing robots and systematic solutions, achieving tangible breakthroughs in three key dimensions:
First, precision control. Our self-developed precision motion control system delivers micron-level repeat positioning accuracy of 0.01mm for dispensing paths. That means even complex dispensing patterns within an area the size of a fingernail can be executed with pinpoint glue placement and outstanding consistency.
Second, operational efficiency. Equipped with linear motors and optimized control algorithms, our machines deliver roughly three times faster start-stop speed than conventional models. For customers, this translates to clear economic benefits: production lines that once required three machines can now operate at full capacity with just two, cutting equipment investment and floor space occupation.
Third, intelligent operation. Integrated AI vision systems automatically identify workpiece positions, compensate for assembly deviations and regulate glue output according to preset parameters. Operators only need to load workpieces and press the start button, greatly lowering operational barriers and reducing reliance on skilled technicians.
To date, our dispensing equipment has served more than 500 manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. Customer feedback highlights two major improvements after deployment: stabilized and elevated production yield, and effective control of comprehensive manufacturing costs covering equipment investment, maintenance and labor expenses.
