1. Before starting the machine, check whether the air pressure is normal. If water vapor is found, check for water in the pressure regulating filter or verify whether the air supply source is abnormal. Before using a large amount of glue, adjust it to a small trial run to avoid accidents. When the test shows no issues, then proceed with batch production.

2. After using glue for the last time, if the glue type must be changed, ensure the pipeline is clean! At this time, first close the feed valve, then open the discharge valve to drain the remaining rubber from the barrel. Then pour in cleaning solution and activate the machine; just operate as usual and flush out the cleaning solution.

3. The surface parts of the dispensing machine also need regular cleaning. After each use, clean the areas that come into contact with glue to keep them clean. Moving parts can be properly lubricated to maintain good condition, thereby extending the equipment's service life.

4. Note that the more glue mixed together, the faster the reaction and the faster the curing speed. Therefore, the glue must be mixed reasonably according to actual production conditions; otherwise, it will cause waste of glue. Avoid accidents and improve production efficiency. 5. If the equipment is not used for a long period, turn off the power. This not only saves electricity but also extends the service life.

6. The working environment of the equipment should ideally be operated in a dust‑free space.
